My Go-To Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Fodmap Breakfast

When you’re craving something hearty, but also gluten free, dairy free, low fodmap AND quick for breakfast, look no further.

I was perusing amazon and reading the ingredients on every healthy cereal I could find when I came across this one. It’s made from rice, with just a little organic coconut sugar and cacao to make it edible. It’s actually really good! It’s like healthy cocoa-krispies. Trust me, I wouldn’t eat it if it tasted too healthy!

Enjoy it with some lactose free milk or almond milk.
